“Be Ready to Vote” Tag Campaign

There will be three elections in 2012: Are you ready?!
In anticipation of the 2012 election season, the League of Women Voters of Florida recently launched a new "Be Ready to Vote" smartphone campaign to make voting more convenient and accessible for all Florida citizens. The joint project between the League and Microsoft is the first statewide voter outreach effort of its kind in the country using the Microsoft Tag technology.

Our fiscal year is April 1 thru March 31.
If you’d like to be listed in our membership directory, dues for our renewing members must be received by May 1.
All new memberships received after May 1 will be included in our membership directory the following year but will be announced in our monthly newsletter.

Our Friends at The Fountains at Lake Pointe Woods and the LWV Sarasota County welcome you to a mix and mingle event.

Attendees will have a chance to mix and mingle with our Sarasota County School Board members, fellow league members and guests. Each School Board member in attendance will make a brief statement to our attendees.
